Theo has vast experience at managing creative projects of every type and size. He managed Irish International’s (now IIBBDO) below-the-line division for three years, and went on to do the same for Arks/EuroRSCG. In January 2002, he took the entrepreneurial plunge and co-founded Catalyst DNA.
Catalyst DNA is an agency built to focus on the creative needs of its clients. To this end, Carla heads up our team of talented people who create and activate engaging ideas across all media channels.
As a co-founder of Catalyst DNA, Carla excels at every design discipline, including print, online, sales promotion and strategic creative thinking.
Patrycja is an award-winning senior designer with 12 years experience and a Masters degree from the University of Fine Art and Design, Saar in Saarbrücken. She has attracted national and international recognition and her awards include winning at IDI (Irish Design Institute) as well as the ADC (Art Director’s Club Germany). Her experience ranges from brand identities, corporate and editorial literature to conceptual design and art direction.
After graduating from Ballyfermot College in 2011 with a diploma in Graphic Design, he went on to gain a BA in Visual Communication at DIT. His design skills were recognised when he won the Luas Poster Competition 2013. Karl has a passion for illustration and, most recently, he can be found delving into the world of motion graphics.
